Estonia has officially accused Russia of orchestrating the arson attack on the Milrem Robotics plant in Tallinn in August. “Based on information gathered by the Estonian Internal Security Service, we can confidently conclude that the arson attack on the Milrem Robotics facility in Tallinn on the night of August 14–15 was an act of sabotage orchestrated by Russian special services,” Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna wrote. “The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will summon Russia’s Chargé d’Affaires today,” he added. The perpetrators have been detained and “no longer pose a threat to our national security,” Tsahkna said. He described the attack as part of a broader Russian campaign across Europe aimed at intimidating European countries and weakening their support for Ukraine. “Our response will be the opposite: we will intensify both our support for Ukraine and the pressure on Russia to halt its aggression,” Tsahkna wrote.
