Drones attacked the Russian city of Ukhta in the Komi Republic, targeting a Lukoil oil refinery. The Ukhta refinery is part of Lukoil and produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and vacuum gas oil. According to The Moscow Times, the facility processed approximately 3 million tons of oil in 2025.
