The main target of the third season of “Vivaldi” was Nove — the enemy’s key hub on the bridgehead. The enemy was convinced that the main direction of the strike was Shandryholove — Zelena Dolyna. This forced him to use his reserves senselessly in counterattacks in this direction. The Russians missed the real strike, which was focused on taking Novy. To break through the enemy’s defenses, the Third Army Corps used its own invention — Soviet BTR-60 armored personnel carriers converted into robotic kamikaze complexes. They blew up the strongest enemy fortifications. The Russians surrendered in whole units along with officers, pilots, and gunners.
